Since its inception, Fusion Designs has placed its emphasis on the attention paid to detail and quality. Starting with the selection of only the finest woods and hardware, their quality design and construction techniques and careful final finish, every table is handcrafted for years of service that can be passed on for generations.
From Their Goshen, IN manufacturing facility they utilize a Multiax 5 Axis router for machining and production of their high quality products. In 2020 they began researching software solutions that would verify their CADCAM systems G-code programs and eliminate program errors prior to running production on their CNC machines. After considerable research & evaluation, they made the decision to purchase Eureka G-code.
Allen Bontrager – Operations Manager said: “The main reasons we decided to go with Eureka was to prevent costly mistakes and crashes on the machining center and to get accurate time studies for quoting purposes”.
He added: “Eureka will also give our operators confidence in what they about to run & improve set up time. It will give the programmer a better insight as to what he is programming and help him improve efficiency of the machine”.
